Bitcoin is the most well-known cryptocurrency, and for good reason. We thought developing a connector for e-commerce merchants would quickly become necessary.
Indeed, one of Bitcoin's main limitations today is that it's complicated to use your holdings to exchange them for goods. Physical and online merchants don't have the tools available to accept this payment method.
Recently, BTCPay announced the start of compatibility between their service and Shopify to offer this payment method. Unfortunately, this compatibility had enormous limitations, and that's what we fixed at BlackSwan!
It's now possible to install a small script on your own server - computer. Once properly configured by following our tutorial, it will synchronize payments made in BTC and orders recorded on Shopify.
No more need to do it manually!
