Gallia Paris is a French craft brewery that was originally started more than 200 years ago, which was relaunched by Guillaume & Jacques in 2009, driven by their passion for beer. 10 years after being reborn, their brewery has changed the game of beer scene in France with creations that no one had came up with before. 

In order to improve the shopping experience of their customers during lockdown, the Gallia team chose BlackSwan to migrate their WebFlow existing shop onto Shopify. With an improved design and features that had never been seen before on a Shopify store, their new shop launched in March 2021. 

Among those features, their customers can now create custom packs with the beers they like, and can also ask Gallia to pick up their empty bottles after shopping so that they're cleaned and re-used. In addition to that, we plugged the website to a bike delivery service that furthermore reduces their carbon footprint. 

Gallia will also launch a B2B version of their website for their professional customers.

A little anecdote about

Gallia Paris

Gallia was one of the first French breweries to create vieres (yes, you read that right)! This word is a contraction of "wine" and "beer" and these drinks of a new kind are beers brewed using musts from different grape varieties. It may seem surprising, and yet it is very good!
