Madame Monsieur is a unique concept store centered around natural beauty for ladies AND gentlemen. The brand offers cosmetics, perfumes, candles, but also services like a barbershop and a coffee shop, right into their store.
This iconoclast brand with multiple activities was the center of a challenge for us when they asked us to build a website with multiple faces. Products are both available online and in-store thanks to Shopify POS and a reservation system synchronizes the appointments taken in-store and those coming from the website.

Click & Collect
Get your customers to go into your physical store using the click & collect feature on Shopify. Your clients are now able to choose to pick up their order from the nearest store from their location.
You will receive a notification for every order that is placed for click & collect so that you can get the order ready for when your customer picks it up. It is also possible to choose the amount of time you need to prepare it, like a day or a few hours, so that your customer is sure that it is ready when they come.
You can also leverage the use of Shopify POS to make amends to orders that have been placed online, access the customer's purchase history, or simply add additional items if they find something interesting when they visit.
With this feature, your clients can sign up for a private session at your physical store. Haircut, pedicure, or any other bookable service depending on what you want to use this feature for. All appointments are automatically synced with your Google agenda in both ways, so that you never forget one, and that the ones that you book yourself automatically become unavailable online.
Your customers can have the satisfaction of being able to access your agenda online when they're on the go, and you can also give them the ability to pay online so that you reduce the number of no-shows.
